ABOUT ME
Serving Clients Since 2000
Welcome to Mind Life Symmetry. As a licensed psychotherapist with over two decades of experience, I offer a compassionate and personalized approach to help you navigate challenges, improve relationships, and create positive transformations by combining various therapeutic modalities utilizing the mind-body connection. Over the course of my psychotherapy practice, I have had offices in San Francisco, Palo Alto, and Los Gatos, California.

My journey in assisting others started at Xavier University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Social Work. Driven to understand the complexities of suffering, chronic disappointment, and loneliness, I pursued a Masters in Somatic Psychology from The California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco.
My training has included: Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and I have specialized in approaches that include Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Interpersonal Neurobiology. While teaching as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, I developed a Neuroscience and Relationship course for Masters Level Psychology students.
My passion for this work stems from my personal life with my husband of 33 years, our young daughter, little dog Teddy, our backyard chickens and an extensive community of friends.
Patient well-being is my number one priority. My deep commitment lies in helping you live a life that aligns with your values. To begin, please contact me to schedule an appointment.
